Hi, Iām ashley james,
a certified yoga teacher, and a passionate student of yoga practice. I have been teaching yoga for over eleven years, and I love to share my knowledge and experience with people who want to improve their physical, mental, and spiritual well-being.
My practice started when I was a teenager as a competitive runner looking for a way to enhance strength and flexibility. Over time my practice developed into a daily ritual that increased my awareness and confidence. I started teaching to share the strength and focus that yoga brings me with others.
I enjoy teaching students of all levels and backgrounds, and I tailor my classes to their needs and goals. I like to create a safe and supportive environment, where students can explore their own practice, challenge themselves, and have fun. My teaching style is structured and creative, incorporating elements of breathwork, meditation, and movement.
